PRICE Team Development Days
In August we had the privilege of coming together as a team for three days full of development, knowledge-sharing and fun.
It was a packed agenda and we covered a broad range of topics, including exploring new theoretical content, ensuring consistency and development of our physical intervention techniques and further developing our ‘Ligature Removal and Situational Management” Course.
The event also gave us the opportunity to discuss updated thinking around some of the key areas we deliver in our curriculum, including Positive Behaviour Support, The Restraint Reduction Network and Behaviour Management.
Our Admin and Finance Teams also joined us for some of the sessions; it’s very rare for the whole team to be able to get together, so this was a welcome opportunity for some team building.
A great few days was had by all and we recognise how lucky we are to have such an inspiring and enthusiastic group of people here at PRICE Training.
