20 Affiliates and counting!
Currently, the RRN Standards are mandatory for training with a restrictive intervention component that is delivered to NHS commissioned services for people with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, autistic people and people living with dementia in England.
However, you do not have to be defined as a mandatory service to demonstrate your commitment to restraint reduction. Non-mandatory services can choose to ‘opt in’ to show their organisation is committed to best practice.
PRICE Training now has 20 organisations who have been approved as ‘Affiliates’ and can deliver RRN-Certified training in-house. We have a further 17 organisations currently in the process of affiliating and this number is steadily increasing. A list of our Affiliates can be found on the BILD ACT website.
We work in close partnership with our customers to support them and help to navigate through the affiliation process. We have developed and refined a suite of forms and templates to make the process as straightforward as possible – plus we are always happy to provide advice by phone or email when needed!
